Tsing Tao Chinese Restaurant in Cudahy

My fiance and I came here today.The food was good but they were short staff and the buffet was empty almost.i think they would be just fine if they kept the buffet full as most people come in for that.

Ordered singapore noodles and vegetable fried rice. Both were excellent. Have ordered food here many times and am never disappointed.

Don't bother with the buffet!! God forbid if they keep the trays full of food. I went for lunch and got dried up noodles (crunchy) and no options for other foods. The trays were empty! Sad!

My gf and I tried them for the 1st time today . I am immensely mad at myself for not coming here sooner!! This food tastes just like an old Chinese Restaurant that was on 27th across from Leon’s. The food here took me back to when I was a kid !!! The crab Rangoon, fried rice, sweet and sour chicken was soooo delicious!!! It’s the pork egg foo young tho that was literally exactly and possibly better than the ones at the other place . 1st and LAST time ordering food here. Our Large order of sesame chicken was in a container more than half full of rice noodles. The chicken was 80% grissel. The pot stickers are all thick breading with a nickle sized piece of ground sausage inside. Spent an extra $5 for shrimp fried rice instead of white and it came in a small container again not filled. Crab ragoon was passable. I just wasted 36$ after tip. I don't regret the tip. The driver was nice.

We usually do carry out the food is always hot, fresh and delicious. The lunch buffet is very reasonable and tasty!

Egg foo young was good and hot, soup pretty good, very tasty tea. I forgot that press duck is pieces of duck PRESSED together so I was slightly disappointed it wasn't a solid breast, be at too much bread under duck skin, but it was good and they were very nice.

I liked eating here! I went with my mom and my moms friend came with her 2 boys! It was super fun!

Just love the food my husband and I went last night. We ordered pepper steak and chicken fried rice, vegetable egg foo young. Everything was authentic delicious. Great price amazing food wonderful service and ther place is very well cared for and clean. I will definitely be going back. If your in Cudahy you have to make it to this place most definitely do not miss coming here. This is a hidden gem.

2 hours for delivery, they called after an hour and said they would give us 10% off if we pricked it up, said no well we got our food every thing was cold, and we all got sick with in several hours... Never again.

Tsing Tao is very good. Menu order is better than buffet though. Their Sweet and Sour Chicken is their signature dish. Always good.

The best orange chicken I have ever had!

I'll start with, It was easy to order, friendly staff and the order was correct. This is my favorite type of food. I ordered the General Tso's chicken an the chicken fried rice. The rice was passable once I added a few soy sauce packets but the General Tso's was swimming in the tub in which it came which created a soggy surprisingly tasteless mess. I hope this was just a one time issue because the place is close and I'd love to delve into the deliciousness that is Chinese food more often.

Great take out food!

Pretty typical Chinese take out or eat in. Not fine dining, but satisfying. The hot and sour soup is very good. Friendly staff and quick service. Lunch buffet all week but in the evenings only Friday and Saturday. Order off the menu any evening.

Very disappointing. Few selections. Overdone food. Fried rice the best but you can't kill fried rice. Dessert was unidentifiable. Pass on this place

The food was very good, but I was disturbed by the level of cleanliness! The salt and pepper shakers on the tables were filthy. I do not think they are ever cleaned. The shaker caps were caked with gunk. The floor was also dirty. When I walked on it my shoes stuck as if I were walking on a movie theatre floor. I really liked the taste of the food but do not know if I will go back because of the uncleanliness!I did not see a sign about taking a fresh plate for each trip to the buffet and folks were going back with their dirty plates. That disturbs me.

I like the prices, the lunch buffet. My favorite are the mushrooms and green beans. Omg there to die for plus it's a friendly calm laid back quiet place to eat I definitely suggest going there for lunch buffet

Buffet was not stocked at all. It was almost 130. Which is the time they stop lunch buffet so we ordered off the menu. Pork subgum was really good. Combo fried rice was really good. Egg rolls were huge and tasty, even had whole shrimp in them. Crab rangoon were good. We really had nothing to complain about. Worth a try earlier for the buffet as the menu food was good.

Great food. Excellent buffet Friday and Saturday. Buffet is good and they replenish as needed. Not really busy so it's easy to sit and eat right away!

Decent for a buffet place. Servers and Front end could be much more pleasant. Usually I find us waiting for something on the buffet to be refilled.

Not enough flavour in our food the fried rice tasted like old oil used its been . Our favotite for Many years having second thoughts on. Ordering again

Probably one of the best Chinese buffets. Small, but fresh and great flavor. Great hidden gem!

Classic old fashioned standard fare American Chinese food. Good portions and more importantly good steamed dumplings along with a nice quiet atmosphere to enjoy a meal if you'd rather eat in than takeout.

This is one of my two favorite places for Chinese food. Their fried rice is really good, they have the brown rice, not that imitation yellow kind that it seems lesser places use. I have gone here for years and never been disappointed once. If you are looking to try someplace new, come here, you won't be disappointed either!
